About Inoperable Vehicle Transport
'Inoperable' has three tiers, and each requires a different carrier. Rolls but doesn't run: any winch-equipped carrier can handle it, minimal upcharge. Doesn't roll (flat tires, seized brakes): requires flatbed or specialized loading equipment, moderate upcharge. Doesn't roll and doesn't steer: forklift or skate loading, significant upcharge.
Be honest about the condition when booking. A carrier arriving expecting a rolling vehicle who finds a seized unit will refuse the load — and you will owe a dry-run fee. Accurate condition equals accurate pricing and successful pickup on the first try.
